4 integrated applications built on Microsoft Power Platform — replacing BanQu, JotForm, SharePoint, and Excel with a unified Dataverse ecosystem.

🔄 What changed from Version 1?

M&E Field App: Rebuilt as 640×1136 Canvas App frame. Gallery-style lists (fixed-height rows). All forms stacked vertically — no CSS grid columns. No hover effects (touch device). Removed in-page modals.
Internal Hub: Dashboard KPI cards replaced with Power BI embedded placeholder (KPIs not native to Model-driven). Custom charts removed. Dataverse-accurate grid views with command bar, row checkboxes, sort arrows.
Members & Funding Portals: Power Pages accuracy banner added. Content unchanged — Bootstrap 5 is the correct Power Pages baseline.

📐 Architecture Principle

All four apps share a single Dataverse environment with 21 tables. Power Automate flows connect the portals to the Staff Hub in real time. No duplicate data. No manual exports. One source of truth.
