📋 Required Documents

All applicants: Supplier quote, proof of address, ID of signatory

BBCs / Collectors: + Site visit confirmation from Petco field officer

Municipalities: + Council resolution letter

Schools: + Principal letter + Governing body approval

NGOs / Charities: + NPO registration certificate

All (if available): B-BBEE certificate / affidavit, company registration

⏱️ Application Process

Submit: Complete online form with all required documents

Document Verification: Petco team verifies all uploaded documents (3–5 working days)

Assessment: Application assessed against Petco criteria and budget availability (10–15 working days)

Decision: Approval or rejection communicated by email and on this portal

Delivery: Approved equipment sourced and delivered by Petco-approved supplier

Equipment remains property of Petco for 12–24 months after delivery
Applicants must maintain supplied assets in good working order
